YOU, the Buyer, are responsible for notifying us if you want us to ship your items. All Artwork MUST be shipped UPS at the buyer?s expense or picked up at our site. You, the buyer may schedule shipping with a 3rd party shipper who will pick up and pack your items; for example The UPS Store, The Packaging Store, U-Ship, and Craters & Freighters. Removal dates at auction location at 820 Nursery St., Fogelsville, PA. are Friday March 27, 2020 from noon ? 5 PM and Saturday March 28 from 9 AM ? 1 PM. Items for which arrangements have not be made by March 28 will be considered forfeited and no reimbursement or refunds will be made. You must have a printed copy of your paid invoice with you to collect your items. We strongly suggest you schedule an appointment to pick up your items by calling 610-395-8084. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if a dispute arises between two or more recognized bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer. By bidding and buying in this auction buyer agrees to all terms and conditions presented here. Placing a bid here is a legally binding contract to bid and no bidder shall retract his bid. The validity and interpretation of any and all of the terms and provisions of this agreement or of the rights and duties of the parties under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
