AUCTION By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BUYER'S PREMIUM All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding. PAYMENT Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars. INSPECTION Additional photographs of any lot are available and virtual inspection is available by appointment. AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value. NO REFUNDS All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding. SHIPPING We provide packing and shipping. We ship through Federal Express. We are happy to assist you with your packing and shipping requests and estimates. STORAGE Storage is available on all lots. The first thirty (30) days is complimentary, and $8.00 per month thereafter. AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion. AMENDMENTS We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.

Complimentary climate controlled storage is available for thirty (30) days on all lots providing payment is made within three (3) days after the auction. Lots may be stored for $8.00 per month thereafter.
