How Soon is Now | Post War Art & Design

The July 28th Auction will feature paintings, prints, drawings, and sculptures by American and European artists from across the 20th century including Larry Zox's Tahoma from 1972 and Cube Without a Cube from 1996 by Sol LeWitt. The sale has a strong group of prints and multiples with works by Chuck Close, Christo, Kenneth Noland, and Keith Haring. Additionally, the Design portion of the sale will feature several noteworthy pieces of American design with multiple works from Edward Wormley, Paul Evans, and Erwin and Estelle Laverne in addition to a suite of Italian lighting from Angelo Lelii, Gino Sarfatti, and Gianfranco Frattini. The sale will also showcase important works of American Studio Art Glass by artists Toots Zynsky, Michael Glancy, and Harvey K. Littleton, rounding out the sale with two monumental wall reliefs from ceramicist Ruth Duckworth. .
