Terms & Conditions: Payment options include cash(In House Only), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and approved check. A ten percent (10%) Buyers Premium will apply to all sales. A fifteen percent (15%) buyers premium will apply to all online purchases. There is no sales tax in Oregon. Shipping and Insurance costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. McLaren Auction Services will provide referrals for packing and shipping, but will assume no responsibility for items after their release to the shipper of choice from the buyer. Everything is sold "AS IS", where is, in its present condition. Please bid by your own inspection. If you are unable to inspect an item, McLaren Auction Services will attempt to reasonably and accurately describe the item. Said description will be a matter of interpretation, and McLaren Auction Services assumes no responsibility for its description or condition report. Written absentee bids are accepted with a secured method of payment. Preview is encouraged. Catalogs are meant to be used as a guide only. All sales are final. Removal can begin after bidder pays in full. Removal will be on auction night or by appointment only the day after the auction.

Bidders please disregard the remaining times listed by each item. If the items is listed as closed, it is closed. Ebay must list a remaining time which is inaccurate for each individual item, but relatively accurate for the remaining time for the entire auction.
