By registering to bid in our auction, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of our sale. The sales records and recordings shall be conclusive. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity of each item. Amaradio Auctions is not responsible for the description, genuineness, provenance, or condition of the property. No statement contained in the catalogue or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability. Purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality and description before bidding. 2. Amaradio Auctions does not offer in-house shipping. Buyer is responsible for arranging pick-up or delivery of merchandise at buyer's risk and expense. After 5pm on October 7, 2020, all items not picked up will be moved to DAKS Global. You will need to contact DAKS directly to arrange shipping and storage costs. 3. We are happy to answer any questions prior to the auction. Unfortunately, once the Auction starts we are unable to answer emails, give condition reports or handle technical support phone calls. 5. The Buyer's Premium is 28%, discounted to 25%, for payment by Paypal, cash, certified check, money order or wire transfer received within 3 days of the given auction. 6. Payment is due within 3 days of a given auction. Acceptable forms of payment include: Paypal, cash, certified check, (make check payable to Amaradio Auctions), money order, wire transfer. If a payment is not made after 7 days, we will put a dispute on your account. 7. Auction items are not available for pick up until after the purchaser receives an invoice and the lot is paid for. 8. All invoices, documents, contracts and conditions are governed by the laws and judicial system of the State of New Jersey.
