The credit card you REGISTERED with will automatically be charged immediately following the auction, UNLESS you make arrangements for us to use a different credit card, BEFORE the start of the auction. The shipper (Lordco) will contact you within 4 business with information on the shipping of your item(s). There are NO OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS and we do NOT accept Paypal. The auction moves fast between, the auctioneer, the floor bids, the "left bids", and the live internet bids. Because of this, one little delay, or what we call "hiccup" in the internet connection, can cause an online bid to be missed. We apologize if this happens, but it is sometimes inevitable. Please be aware of this when attending our online auctions. Due to the element of Third Party Auctions and the reliability/unreliability of technical issues, we reserve the right to end an auction early or extend an auction as we see fit. Bidders who bid off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other factor by way of their own knowledge, pictures, description, and emailing Dudley's Auction with questions. Dudley's Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail (through description and/or photos) each item and any pertinent information regarding said item. Dudley's Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Dudley's Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live or timed auction. Dudley's Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxi-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction begins. Dudley's Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS and we will be glad to give you any information to make your final judgment BEFORE bidding. UNSOLD ITEMS: When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase. A 14% Buyer's Premium will be charged in addition to all internet bids. We accept Mastercard or Visa as forms of payment. Payment made in full day of auction. Internet bidders will be charged a 14% Buyers premium. FLORIDA RESIDENTS ARE CHARGED A 6% SALES TAX, UNLESS EXEMPT TAX NUMBER IS ON FILE WITH DUDLEY'S AUCTION. PACKING & SHIPPING: Dudley's Auction will be using a professional packing & shipping service for ALL items (Lordco of Inverness, FL). This is to ensure that your item arrives safe and sound. You will receive 2 invoices; 1 at the conclusion of the auction (for the total items purchased) and 1 for items purchased AND shipping & handling. If we have not heard from you within this time frame, your items are subject to be re-sold in the next available auction. You are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions as soon as you sign up for the Auction. We reserve the right to deny bidders from signing up depending on any negative flags against the bidder from previous auctions.
