Conditions of sale for auction: All property is sold AS IS, all sales are final, and we do not make any guarantees, warranties, or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the property or the correctness of the catalog or other description of the items contained therein. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed to be such a guarantee, warranty, or representation. We do our best to give an accurate description of each item's condition and all photos are of the actual items unless we state otherwise in the item's description, but we are not responsible for any error or omission. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before sale. Prospective bidders should contact us with any questions before bidding. All bids are per lot as numbered. We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser; in the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive. All transactions must be complete and invoices paid before property is shipped. If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to shipment, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on our part. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation; there are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions. Bidding on merchandise automatically constitutes agreement with the terms and conditions outlined above.
