Please DO NOT mail checks to listed auction house address. Any Returned Checks will be Charged A Fee of $50.00. Buyers who pay with check or cash will have the 3% CC fee deducted from their invoice at time of payment.
SHIPPING. We will assist you in all ways possible in this area and will go the extra mile to make sure your items are handled with care until the Shipping Process begins. We out-source to Going Postal Shippers of Norway Maine (207-744-0099) for all shipping needs. The owner Bill does all our shipping and has for many years. Typically our auction house will bring the items you have won over to the shippers free of charge after they have been paid for via online, mailed check or by calling the auction house with CC. The shipper then makes contact with you based on the information provided on your invoice to handle all your shipping needs. If you would like to PICK UP ITEMS at the auction hall or USE AN ALTERNATIVE SHIPPERS please contact our auction hall via email (p.arsenaultauctioneers82@yahoo.com) or phone 207-890-8937 (prior to paying) to inform us of this decision. Otherwise items will be brought to shippers automatically after payment is received. See shipping terms for note from shipper. Bidders that intend to pick up items at auction hall are expected to do so within 7 business days after the auction. If you need more time for pick up please consult with us asap.
Auction house takes absentee bids as well as phone bids and executes them for bidders in house, you will see these bids as floor bids on the online platform during an auction. Auction house runs multiple online sales during each auction as well, you will see these bids as floor bids as well during an online auction.
BP is 18% there is a 3% CC fee and 15% BP for auction house. Buyers who pay with cash or check with have the 3% CC fee deducted from their invoice at time of payment.
Maine residents will be charged 5.5% State tax unless we have a valid Sales Tax Cert.
