THERE IS ONLY 1 DAY FOR PICK UP ! Everything in this auction must be picked in Phillipsburg NJ on Friday Feb. 5th from 9am-4:00pm. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! There is no one to help you load. Buyer must bring packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Feb 4th . Pick up address will be on invoice ( under amount due ). If you do not submit payment within 72 hours of invoice, your card on file will be charged. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice, with one credit card. There is a 2.8% processing fee, for the credit card payment. SHIPPING - There is a $15 handling fee for the first lot ($5 each additional), plus actual USPS or FedEx postage. We do not ship lots containing large quantity of items ( table, shelf, closet lots, etc), or Furniture. Some lots containing multiple items, additional handling charges may apply. If you want an item shipped, email us after paying original invoice thru liveauctioneers. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal approx. 3 business days after the scheduled pick up day. Some very fragile, hard to pack items, all prints and paintings, will be packed and shipped by our local UPS store. Buyer is responsible for their charges. If we have to take something to the UPS store for shipment, there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. All Sales are final and no refunds ! Internet Sales Tax Applies to All States Requiring it. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers before bidding.
