THERE IS ONLY 1 DAY FOR PICK UP ! Everything in this auction must be picked up at our building in Phillipsburg NJ , Friday April 16th from 9am-4:30pm . BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! There is no one to help you load. Buyer must bring packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Thursday April 15th at 3pm . Pick up address will be on invoice ( under amount due ). If you do not submit payment within 72 hours of invoice, your card on file will be charged. Any items not picked up they will be considered abandoned. All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice, with one credit card. There is a 2.8% processing fee, for the credit card payment. Shipping - $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additional lot), plus actual postage. We do not ship large lots containing multiple items or furniture. All prints, paintings, framed mirrors, or very fragile items will be packed and shipped thru the UPS Store. There is a $10 transport fee, plus UPS charges. All Sales are final and no refunds ! Internet Sales Tax Applies to All States Requiring it. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers before bidding.
