All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment. All items are located at 435 E. Franklin Street Hagerstown, MD 21740. Pickup Days are the following: May 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, and 15th from 10am till 4pm. Please arrive with copy of invoice with proof of payment. There will be help on-site to assist in loading. There is ground level loading as well as a loading dock on site. Anyone needing alternative pickup days or times must reach out to the auction house prior to these pickup days to make arrangements. Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Wire transfer or cashier's check required for purchases over $2,500 and for vehicle purchases. Shipping is available upon request ONLY for items that state in the description "in-house shipping available". Shipping charges are billed separate from invoice. Please note our shipping turn around is 2-3 weeks. For a quicker checkout experience please add a card on file when registering for auction. TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload your tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on your invoice. After 45 days items not claimed are deemed property of the auction house without refund.

If you have not contacted Jaybird Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
