Ask All questions prior to bidding. Items in auction may need cleaning, or restoration. We make no guarantees of the exact weight, measurements, karats, carat weight, maker or artist of any item. Luxurious Treasures reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale and shall have no liability for such withdraws. For Jewelry - All jewelry purchased will have to be paid by money order/check or wire transfer. An valid United states identification card will have to be presented and has to match all three address(the money transfer address, the shipping address and the id address). Other wise the auction will be null and cancelled. We reserve the right to donate items paid for past 60 days- The purchaser has 60 days to retrieve their item or will forfeit their item to Donations. We take every bid as a serious bid. There fore we will reserve the right to pursue payments within legal limits and buyer is responsible for all legal fees for both parties.
