Graded and Non-graded Card Auction

Non-Paying Bidders: After 72 hours if payment is not received the contract between the buyer and seller is null and void. APL Cards & Collectibles LLC will maintain ownership of the item. A non-paying bidder will be permanently blocked and reported as a non-paying bidder to Liveacutioneers. The buyer will be held responsible for any loss due to the item being resold in a subsequent auction including all fees involved with relisting the item. A winning non-paying bidder is in breach of contract and will be held liable for any attorney and court fees involved in recouping losses related to the resale of the item. CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD " AS IS " THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS! Graded cards are listed with their assigned grade and the company that graded card. All Non-graded items are sold AS IS. APL Cards & Collectibles LLC does not guarantee the condition of any item outside of a graded holder.

If you have not contacted APL Cards & Collectibles LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
