All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, and all descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Dimensions listed are in inches. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment or come anytime during our preview. Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
All pickups are at 461 Three Bridge Road Newfield NJ 08344 Pickups are on Monday or Friday for two weeks following the auction close from 9:30am-3:30pm or by Appointment.
We do not offer in house shipping at this time but will work with a third party shipper booked by the buyer. If you need your items shipped, we will take them to the UPS store 237 S. Delsea Drive Vineland, NJ 08360. They will pack it and ship it to you and you will pay them separately and directly. Please call them to get a quote before bidding as they have some restrictions. TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload your tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on your invoice.
**After 21 days items not claimed are deemed property of the auction house without refund.**

If you have not contacted Lee M Fox LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
