Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS and buyers are encouraged to make their own opinion as to the condition of an item. Any condition statement or estimate is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the item is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear,imperfections or any damage. All sales are final, no refunds and no returns. All applicable ATF rules and regulations will be followed. Background check and transfer of firearms by FFL when required. Pick up is available at our Auction House by appointment and items need to be picked up within 5 business days or shipped within 15 business days of auction. All items need to be paid in full within 3 business days of auction. The auction house reserves the right to hold the merchandise until the funds have cleared. Any item that is paid for yet not picked up or shipped within 15 days of the auction will become property of the auction house. Buyer Pays Shipping Cost, We will help facilitate shipping. If the item is fragile, items will be taken to the UPS Store for shipping. Small non-fragile items will be shipped in house. We charge a $10 handling fee per invoice. Pick up is available at our Auction House by appointment and items need to be picked up or shipped within 15 days of auction. All items need to be paid in full within 3 business days of auction. The auction house reserves the right to hold the merchandise until the funds have cleared.
