All Gia and EGL Diamonds are subject to availability due to consignors? terms with us.
All colored Diamonds such as Blue and Brown are color-treated to enhance the color.
Note to bidders:
Most of our rings are a size 7 for women and size 10 for men unless otherwise stated in the corresponding descriptions.
We reserve the right to cancel any bidders final bid. The auction house has the right to accept or decline any bids placed during the auction or after the auction.
Invoicing:
Your invoice will include the following:
1. The winning bid prices
2. California State or Local tax (CA residents only)
3. 20% Buyer's Premium
4. Shipping Charges (if applicable)
For all winning bids on the day of the auction will be combined on one invoice and you will receive the invoice on the morning following the auction.
Payment:
Your invoice that you receive in your e mail will have a link to pay with your choice credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.
We also accept Money Orders, Bank transfers Personal Checks, and Cashier?s Check.
We ship within 3-10 business days after we receive your cleared payment. Once we ship, we will e mail you with the tracking number for your package. We do accept returns minus the Buyer's Premium and shipping fee which is non-refundable.
Important Notice:
Bidding in our auction constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please do not bid if you do not agree in any part of our terms and conditions.
Legal Implications
By bidding on this auction, you agree that in the event your payment is not received and/or honored or if AUCTION HOUSE does not receive settled funds for your purchase, that any necessary collection proceedings and/or legal action shall be brought in Los Angeles County (California) Superior Court and you are agreeing that you are submitting to the jurisdiction of said court in the unlikely event that you do not pay for your purchase.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Fine Jewelry and Coin Liquidator to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
SALES TAX
