Pioneer Auction Gallery may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Pioneer Auction Gallery be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction by paypal, Visa, Mastercard or Wire Transfer to our bank. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Pioneer Auction Gallery shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Pioneer Auction Gallery will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Pioneer Auction Gallery is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Pioneer Auction Gallery or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Pioneer Auction Gallery will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Pioneer Auction Gallery reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Pioneer Auction Gallery does not accept any phone calls relating to condition, bids, etc... the day of the auction. Due Diligence is the complete responsibility of the Bidder & Bidders are completely responsible for their own bids. Catalogs & On-Line Description are meant as a Guide only. If something is being Sold 'Times the Money', it means Your Bid is PER ITEM - So, Bid Accordingly. It is Bidders Complete Responsibility to Understand all Terms and Conditions BEFORE Bidding. Pioneer Auction Gallery Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any Winning Bidder whose Credit Card is Declined for Payment and/or Shipping & Handling Costs Due. Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 48 Hours will be Charged a $100 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater. Buyer Pays all Shipping & Handling Charges. We Ship within 7 Days of the Auction's End. Packages will be coming from QUIK2SELL, our Packaging Division. NOTE: On OVERSIZED items Such as Furniture, etc... Buyers Must Make Their Own Shipping & Handling Arrangements within 3 days of the Auction's end or either a) Storage Fees will Result OR b) The Item will be Forfeited & Re-Auctioned with Proceeds paid 100% to the Auction House for Storage Fees, Remarketing for Sale, etc...
