All of these rugs are hand knotted and have taken a year to many, many years of dedicated craftsmanship to make. We are confident in the quality of the merchandise, however we allow customers to return the items if they are not satisfied within a week of receiving the item if it's in the original condition upon our inspection of the item. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for any returns. There is no restocking fee for the returned items. The Buyer will be charged for any returned checks. Not all of the merchandise is located in our Schaefferstown, PA location and may need to be picked up in Bethesda, MD or shipped directly to the buyer. If you have any questions about pick up or shipping, please feel free to inquire. We recommend for larger items to be picked up due to shipping costs.
