All of these rugs are hand knotted and have taken a year to many, many years of dedicated craftsmanship to make. We are confident in the quality of the merchandise, however we allow customers to return the items if they are not satisfied within a week of receiving the item if it's in the original condition upon our inspection of the item. Not all of the merchandise is located in our Schaefferstown, PA location and may need to be picked up in Bethesda, MD or shipped directly to the buyer.
