Buyer must bring packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Thursday May 12th, at 3pm . Your card on file will be charged after the Auction is over. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. Shipping ? We do not ship shelf lots, table contents, room contents, furniture , lots with a large amount of items, or anything that says ? No Shipping?in the description. . For items we ship in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 each additional lot. All prints, paintings, mirrors, very fragile, items will be packed and shipped thru UPS. There is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers BEFORE bidding. There will be no refunds, once you submit payment.
