When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. ALL SALES FINAL. No items may be returned for any reason. This is a warehouse liquidation auction. All items are being sold untested, as-is, for parts or restoration. No additional photos will be added. Please assume that most items DO NOT have keys and may be locked. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, and all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Item preview is by appointment only, please reach out to the auction house to schedule. Invoices will be sent within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Wire transfer or cashier's check required for purchases over $2,500. If your invoice is under $2,500 then you MUST pay for your item through Live Auctioneers. We do not accept any payments over the phone. Payment must be made PRIOR to pickup. Please bring a copy of your receipt to pick up. LOCATION: Please note this auction is at a different location than usual. All items are located at 435 E Franklin St, Hagerstown, MD 21740. PICKUP DAYS: This auction has limited pickup days. Pickup days for this auction will be SATURDAY JUNE 11TH, FRIDAY JUNE 17TH and SATURDAY JUNE 18TH between the hours of 9am and 5pm. All items not retrieved by the end of business on Saturday, June 18TH will be considered forfeited WITHOUT REFUND unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing and agreed to by the auctioneer. Please bring help and the proper equipment necessary to move machines as staff may not be available to assist. PLEASE READ: In-house shipping is ONLY available on arcade boards and will have an automatic $15 handling fee per lot added on top of actual shipping costs. Shipping charges are billed separate from invoice through Live Auctioneers. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship out. We do our best to keep the shipping costs down for our customers. We do not negotiate on shipping costs. Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit.

If you have not contacted Jaybird Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
