Condition Report: Prospective buyers can request a more detailed examination and/or clarification of the condition report. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact, nor regarded as a warranty or guarantee. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Only the items that are being offered for sale on-line have estimates. Inspection will be held in our gallery located at 1005 Industrial Blvd., Southampton, PA, 18966. Bidders will be charged a 25% buyer's premium in-house and online. Items will be taxed according to your state laws unless tax exempt forms are on file with LiveAuctioneers. All pick-ups or shipping arrangements should take place at time of payment, and completed within 5 days. SHIPPING / PICK-UPS: Purchases can be picked up at our Southampton, PA gallery M-W 10 am-5 pm the week following the auction or Sat. May 21st from 9 AM to 12 Noon. ALL SHIPPING AND RELATED COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND CAN BE QUITE COSTLY. PLEASE GET SHIPPING QUOTES PRIOR TO BIDDING. If needed, we can provide a list of alternate shippers. Shipping and handling costs include labor, materials, postage, and insurance fees. Any items not picked up or arrangements for shipping completed within the requested 5 day time frame will begin to have a storage fee of $5 per customer, per day assessed and added on to the bill if not removed within 15 days from the auction date. BIDDING: Internet bidding (both live and absentee), Left bid and Phone bid services are available. These bids are executed to the best of ability by a designated Stephenson's Auction employee and/or via LiveAuctioneers with information provided to us via computer. This is a convenience to clients who are not present at auctions and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith - as our firm does not control the transmission speed used by or have previous knowledge of bid increments left by registered Liveauctioneer users. The auctioneer has sole and final discretion in any dispute. Stephenson's Auction reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction before the sale for any reason.

If you have not contacted Stephenson's Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
