This is a pass through charge, since the credit card companies charge sellers an additional fee to process payments via phone. Items almost never have reserves (no reserves this auction). There are never friends nor family bidding, no 'house' bidders', no call-in pre-bidding. If a listed item shows to have sold in an earlier auction, it is due to a non-paying bidder. When an item is relisted due to a non-paying bidder, the non-paying bidder's ID is provided in the auction description.
