All items are sold as is and all sales are final. Pick up is available from Liberty & 33rd Furniture Co. at 1301 S Main St., South Bend, IN 46601. All items must be picked up within 30 days of auction. All items need to be paid in full within 3 days of auction. The auction house reserves the right to hold the merchandise until the funds have cleared. Any item that is paid for yet not picked up or shipped within 60 days of the auction will become property of the auction house unless prior arrangements have been made. Liberty & 33rd takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of any of the third-party shippers, carriers, etc. Anyone bidding is encouraged to have their own representative inspect the item before bidding. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy. It is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or any damage. If you have not contacted Liberty & 33rd Furniture Co. to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
