Terms: Cash, All major credit cards or pre-approved check. All sales final with no warranty expressed or implied. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all written material. A 15% Buyers Premium charged on the total purchase price. A 8% sales tax will be charged on all merchandise sold. The only exception is for those with a valid & verifiable state resale number. For out of state buyers: you must have a copy of your tax certificate or other proof that you are a tax-exempt business owner/agent. Not responsible for accidents.

For Alabama buyers the 8% Alabama State Sales Tax Applies unless bidder faxes or emails a copy of their Alabama Sales Tax License to Fax (662) 319-8864. All buyers physically picking up in AL., unless you have a sales tax License from your State, by law, AL. sales tax will be charged. An ICC certified carrier is required to be exempt from taxes. Bring or send a copy of your actual certificate the State of Alabama requires we keep a copy.

It is the duty of the buyer to inquire as to the condition of a specific lot prior to bidding. All completed condition reports are posted with the lots. If there is not a condition report posted on LiveAuctioneers please email requests to stevensauctionbellsouth.net emails must include all contact information. Requests are answered in the order they are received. Condition reports will not be given over the phone. Condition report request placed on auction day will not be answered. We reserve the right to close the Condition Report desk at any time. The deadline for Condition Report request is Thursday by 5pm, following that time request may not be able to be completed in time for the auction. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE BASIS OF CONDITION. Please do not bid on any lot unless you receive a condition report and are perfectly satisfied with its present condition.
