All items will be accompanied by an appraisal certificate from an independent gemological laboratory in Los Angeles. Package will ship in 5-10 business days. Some certificates will arrive separately. All items are safely packed under a camera for your protection and shipped via FedEx service with signature confirmation free of charge in USA and Canada. All other international orders have a flat shipping fee of $50. All international orders over $10,000.00 must be paid via bank transfer only. Orders from USA can be paid via wire as well and a 5% discount will be applied to the final price (excluding taxes). Because this is an auction house, we will charge 20% for all ?accidental bids" OR returned items. All items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of item delivery. All ladies? rings have a standard ring size of 7 (US) and all men?s ring are in size 10 (US). We offer free resizing for rings (except eternity bands). All bracelets have a standard size of 7 inches but can be shortened or extended for a fee upon request. Fastest way to communicate is via direct messages on the auction platform.
