Fedres Comics has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold and all items are being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" and no statement in this catalog, invoice, bill of sale, or elsewhere by any representative or person in the employee of Fedres Comics shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, quality, importance, provenance, or condition of any of the items offered for sale. All bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports and/or inspect any lots before bidding to determine condition. Requests for condition details should be emailed and will be promptly. Any additional condition information obtained will be added to Live Auctioneers lot description when appropriate. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is free from wear & tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All condition statements are opinion. Fedres Comics will have no responsibility for any error or omission with regards to lot condition. All sales are final. Bidding is conducted through Live Auctioneers only for both absentee and live bidding, Fedres Comics is not liable for, nor has control of, online transmission speeds or bid increments placed by registered Live Auctioneer users. Fedres Comics reserves the right to limit lots offered for auction through Live Auctioneers and is not liable for any errors or failure in execution of any bid in connection with this process. Certain lots may be subject to a reserve or minimum price and The Auctioneer will execute the reserve on behalf of the Consignor. Fedres Comics reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to the Auction. Please ask any questions or requests for clarifications on items before bidding. By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Fedres Comics and if you are the winning bidder you shall have a legal obligation to purchase the item. Place the bid only if you intend to purchase the lot. In addition to the hammer price per lot, there is an 20% buyer's premium for each lot sold at auction. The winning bidders are the highest bidder acknowledged by our auctioneer and we have final discretion in determining the winning bidders and in resolving any dispute between bidders. The winning bidders must pay for the entire invoice before any items are shipped or received. Fedres Comics reserves the right to hold any purchase until confirmed receipt of all funds. Fedres Comics has endeavored to accurately describe all items but there is no guarantee that the property sold is as described by the auctioneer or catalogue. Neither Fedres Comics nor its clients are responsible for any description of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance or provenance of the property. All bidders are responsible for determining the age, condition and value of the lots before place the bid. By bidding, you are indicating that you have inspected the lots to your satisfaction or choose not to inspect it. If Fedres Comics is unable to deliver any lots to the purchaser due to fire, theft or any other reason, its liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the bidder for the property. Local pickup is by appointment in Port Monmouth NJ and is very flexible but must be concluded 14 days after invoices are received.
