While we try to handle and store items with great care,Brandywine Valley Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the hammer has fallen.Brandywine Valley Auctions is not liable for any damages incurred if assistance with loading is requested. Once an item(s) has been paid for, we will place the items in the hands of the packer and shipper who is contracted through Live Auctioneers using their Live Shipping program.
