We are honored to be able to help Molly downsize her collection and offer everyone a chance to purchase from her collection. Molly?s Virginia collection stems from the 1980s onwards. Save the dates for the last weekend in March.
The auction will be held as a 1 day auction on Saturday March 25th, starting at 9 a.m. ET. The auction is online only.

i. Bidders must accept our terms and conditions prior to placing bids with Karen's Dollhouse Shop. This is an online auction. Bidding will be online only. No phone bids can be accepted. All items are sold as is.
ii. Karen's Dollhouse Shop provides the photos for information available and holds no guarantee of any kind with relation to condition, value, of any kind and with respect to size. All measurements are approximate with some having a ruler to determine its size. If there are any imperfections with the items listed, note that the items in the sale are pre-owned.
iii. Estimates are placed on each lot with a low and high estimate provided as a guide for potential buyers, but should not be relied upon as a guarantee of sale price.
iv. The catalog listings are meant as a descriptive guide only. There are several thousand photographs to show the items. Karen's Dollhouse Shop encourages all potential bidders to preview our items online, and we hold several days of previews before each auction.
v. A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.
vi. Karen's Dollhouse Shop will do the best to answer any questions prior to the auction date, but it is very difficult to answer questions during the day of the auction.
vii. Karen's Dollhouse Shop uses third-party Auction websites to host their online auctions. In the event of a software issue occurring during the auction, Karen?s Dollhouse Shop will endeavor to work with the Auction website to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee the performance of the third-party websites.
viii. As there can be competing bids on more than one online auction platform, Karen's Dollhouse Shop acts as the sole arbiter of auction bidding, including which bids to accept and which is the winning bid.
ix. For this auction, ALL lots in the auction will be wrapped by Karen's Dollhouse Shop. We will be using bubble wrap, tiny baggies, tissue paper and boxes to carefully wrap all the miniatures, dolls and furniture. We know how special and delicate miniatures are. We will then ship via USPS or UPS. You may come to the shop to pick your auction items up in person, but will be charged a handling fee of $3.00 for each lot, in addition to shipping. Shipping and handling will be included in the final invoice.
