The Heritage Gallery at Sayville Antiques, Inc. shall not be responsible for any error or omission. A 25% buyer's premium is added to the purchase price of every item sold at the auction gallery. Purchaser must pay 8.875 New York state sales taxes on total purchase price, including buyer's premium unless appropriate sales tax exemption form is filed before auction. Internet buyers will pay 28% buyers premium & are responsible for sales tax unless they have Resale Tax Exempt to in the state of NY. Internet buyers that pick up at gallery are responsible for NY sales tax. Paypal or wire transfer is required as payment for international bidders. Wire Transfer or Bank Check required for any purchase above $5,000. If an item is bid on by mistake the bidder will be charged for at least the full buyers premium. Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by the consignor and The Heritage Gallery at Sayville Antiques, Inc. will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. Buyer takes responsibility of the property as soon as the item gets 'sold on the block'. In the event of a dispute we reserve the right to re-offer an item, the right to withdraw any item(s) from the auction at any given time & the right to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, Traveler's checks, debit cards & major credit cards excluding American express. The Heritage Gallery at Sayville Antiques, Inc. reserves the right to hold property until check clears. A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after a second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyer's who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees the gallery may incur.Purchases above $5,000 shall be paid via wire transfer or bank check. Please note if Jewelry or Silver is purchased on the internet or over the phone, a Bank Check, Wire Transfer or cash is required for payment. All invoices for merchandise purchased on internet MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN (3) DAYS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS AFTER THAT DATE. All legal execution or prosecution will be in accordance with New York law and will be prosecuted in the state of New York.

If you have not contacted The Heritage Gallery at Sayville Antiques, Inc to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
