Check, money order, Cash,and bank wire transfer are all accepted. Please note that all items must be removed within 30 days after the auction day. Otherwise, we charge $10 per day per item storage fee, unless other arrangements are made.NO EXCEPTIONS. If your item is not picked up within 45 days after the auction date, we reserve the right to sell the item without notice unless previous arrangements are made. Buyer's premium: 28% of the hammer price. Condition Statement It is the buyer's responsibility to be knowledgeable about the condition of the property before bidding. This is a live auction, and the buyer is advised to inspect the items in person during the week prior to the auction. As a courtesy, World Auction Gallery makes condition reports available prior to the auction. All lots are sold "AS IS". No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally at the auction or at any other time, or in writing in this catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an express or implied warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
