Impressionist & Modern Art, Post-War & Contemporary Art Doyle will hold an auction of Impressionist & Modern Art on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 11am. Showcasing important European, American and Asian paintings, drawings and sculpture, the offerings will span Academic and Barbizon art through Impressionism and Post-Impressionism to German Expressionism and early Modernism. This is followed by Doyle's auction of Post-War & Contemporary Art Auction. The auction will present important paintings and sculpture by some of the 20th and 21st centuries' most prominent artists. Encompassing works by American, European and Asian artists, the sale will span artistic movements from Abstract Expressionism, Pop Art and Minimalism, moving through Fluxus and Mail Art to Street Art and works by emerging artists.
