Winning bidder will receive an invoice within 12-24 hours after the auction concludes and is expected to adhere to the following without exception: Bidder's that are picking up MUST do so the Monday and Tuesday following the sale from 10-4pm only. You must bring your own loading assistance and transporting / packing materials. Out of state Buyers picking up will be subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless exempt in which case you must bring your tax form. You must have your tax exempt form uploaded to LiveAuctioneers prior to the start of the sale - WE CAN NOT REMOVE IT, IF YOU DON'T APPLY IT, YOU WILL PAY IT. Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS. Bidder's that pay online, with an out of state area code, will automatically be set to ship unless you call to make arrangements for pick up. There are two rounds of shipping per sale (usually Thursday's but subject to change the auction house and/or shippers discretion) if you do not complete your invoice before the final shippingbyour item(s) will be forfeited and your account disputed. Shipping may take 3 to 6 weeks. All orders processed in the order in which invoices are paid. Shipping is done through a 3rd party, Fragile Pack 502-423-0000. Guns that have to be shipped in house will charge true ship cost, true gun box cost and a $10 handling fee. Shipping estimates unable to be given by the house and requests will be ignored. You can however, call the shipper directly: Fragile Pack 502-423-0000. Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days or shipping arrangements within one week will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS. You may pay online through the site when available, in person or by calling the auction house at 502-633-6555 opt 1. Shipping arrangements will be made at time of payment. All gun sales abide by federal and state law. FFL's must be sent to Swisherbrosauction@gmail.com In person federal background checks will cost $10 per invoice. By placing your bid online you will be required to pay for what you win, no exceptions. NO EXCEPTIONS All sales are final. Descriptions given are believed to be accurate. There will be no exceptions on shipping. If you can not or will not abide by the terms set herein DO NOT BID Those who do not complete their invoices, do not accept their shipping cost or otherwise do not complete their side of the transaction WILL result in disputed and banned accounts.

If you have not contacted Swisher Bros. Auction LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
