FOR RETURNED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: FOR ANY RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, RESHIPPING FEE WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE BIDDER AND IT WILL BE DOUBLED SINCE THE COURIER CHARGED THE AUCTION HOUSE ACCOUNT ONCE THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO US PLUS RESHIPPING PACKAGE BACK TO THE BIDDER. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE EMAILED THE BIDDER TRACKING NUMBER OF THEIR PACKAGE ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE MAKE SURE THAT WE KEEP THE BIDDER AWARE OF THEIR PACKAGE SO THEY CAN TRACK THEM SO ONCE THE PACKAGE COMES BACK TO US BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE IN PAYING THE RESHIPPING FEE TWICE. Please note that we emailed the bidder tracking number of their package once the package has been shipped. We make sure that we make the bidder aware of their package so once the package comes back to us bidder is responsible in paying the reshipping fee twice. All California residents are subject to an additional 9% CA tax. All INTERNATIONAL WINNING BIDDERS might be subject to respective country's custom, duties and taxes. Ulta Pulta Designers is not responsible in paying these fees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. STRICTLY NO RETURNS, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, NO CREDIT. ITEMS BEING SOLD AS IT IS. Auction house does not give any assurance with the marketability and condition of the lot relating to value either impress or implied. Auction house has the right to accept or reject bid for any reason whatsoever. It is the bidder's responsibility to check veracity, determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any determinative factor of the item prior to bidding by contacting the auction house through our customer service and ask for details of the lot before placing any bids as bidder agrees to accept the lot being bid with no objection after the sale closed. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any issues occurring to dis-agreement between both party i.e. the Buyer and Ulta Pulta Designers that cannot be resolved in anyway, then both party agree to the rules, regulations and procedures of the dispute resolution described herein and agree to the following procedures for resolution of the dispute: If either party alleges that the other party is in default under this agreement, then the dispute or allegation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of California Los Angeles. Ulta Pulta Designers shall select a neutral arbitrator. The arbitration process shall be initiated by either party requesting arbitration which must be served upon the other party by a registered or a certified mail. Failure to in the arbitration is a default. Each party shall simply present their case (limited to a maximum of one hour for each party) to the arbitrator. The parties agree and acknowledge that they are completely waiving their rights to have the dispute heard in a court of law. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have complete jurisdiction over the dispute and can issue an award to the prevailing party. Arbitration fees shall be paid by the party not prevailing in the dispute or as seen fit by the arbitrator. Any award determined by the arbitrator shall be binding and the prevailing party shall be awarded full reimbursement of its actual paid fees in connection with the dispute. By signing up to participate in a Ulta Pulta Designers online auction, Bidder specifically agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as Bidder's sole means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with Ulta Pulta Designers. By doing so Bidder specifically agrees that Bidder will not file a dispute of any kind with LIVEAUCTIONEER or any other third parties. In the event that Bidder violates this provision, in consideration of Ulta Pulta Designers approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in Ulta Pulta Designers, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by Bidder against Ulta Pulta Designers and further agrees that Bidder is liable to Ulta Pulta Designers for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges and etc. All ring sizes must be received within 2 days of making payment. If no ring size is received within the allowed time frame the ring will be sent as is. Rings will Ship within 7 - 10 business days once size is given.

If you have not contacted Ulta Pulta Designers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
