Auction Terms and Conditions 1. All items are sold as is. Bidders are strongly advised to ask any questions before bidding. Please refer to the photo as part of the description. Global Jewelry Auction will make every effort to list any damage, repair or repair status. 2. All sales are final. All property is sent as it is, no return, no refund. There are no exceptions. 3. We recommend that Internet bidders register at least (48) hours before the auction to allow enough time to process and approve their registration. 4.All online buyers will receive their invoices sent via email within (24) hours of the end of the auction sale. If the buyer is not notified by email within (24) hours, please contact us at amaxjewelryllc@1 63.com. The Buyer shall be responsible for all items purchased and for providing payment. If the buyers fail to process paymentwithin 7 working days of the transaction, they will receive negative feedback reports relating to their online auction materials and will not be allowed to register for subsequent transactions. 5. The bidder shall increase the buyer's premium by 23% as the auction commission for each closing price. 6. All payments shall be made in US dollars. The buyer can only collect the goods after paying in full. If the payment is made by check or telegraphic transfer, the goods can be delivered only after the bank has cleared. Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of the bill and invoice after the auction. If the buyer fails to make the payment within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the auction and provide the goods again, and will make the bidder liable for any loss or other costs or damages arising therefrom (the buyer is required to pay 23% of the bid price as liquidated damages). The ownership will be transferred only when Global Jewelry Auction receives all the payment and related expenses. 7. All orders of USD 10000 or more must be paid by bank transfer or wire transfer. If you have problems paying, please contact us. In case of telegraphic transfer, all expenses, exchange rate and other management fees shall be borne by the Buyer. All sales and remittances are made in US dollars. 8. All items are sold to the highest bidder approved by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the arbitrator of any disputed bid. He may, at his own discretion, restart his tender and reject any tender deemed inappropriate. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item and re offer it at another time. The auctioneer will make every effort to execute all bids, including the reserve bid, absentee bid, telephone bid and Internet bid. We will not be responsible for any bid missed. Global Jewelry Auction reserves the right to cancel any sale or offer before, during and after the auction. 9. Transaction dispute: Global Jewelry Auction is the arbitrator of any transaction dispute and has the right to arbitrate the disputed transaction. You will still be responsible for the transportation and handling costs and return freight for orders with disputes over transactions, refunds or returns. 23% of the buyer's premium auction commission will not be refunded. Because you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this auction, there is no refund or exchange. If you request a return or refund, you agree that you are still responsible for paying the freight for returning the goods, less applicable taxes, and the entire buyer's premium for each item and all freight/handling. 10. Liquidated damages: If you bid and are considered as the winner of the creation with reasonable price, but fail to pay according to the invoice sent to you or dispute with any third party in payment, as a credit card company, you will be charged 15% of the hammer price as the liquidation loss. By bidding for any such lot, you hereby agree to pay liquidated damages for such irreparable damages, which will continue to be sustained by affordable creations. In addition, if the successful bidder fails to make any payment according to these terms and conditions, including the liquidated damages described herein, we reserve the right to report such unpaid amount to the credit and collection agencies at our discretion. 11. We do not provide any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. There is no guarantee that any commodity will conform to any applicable government rules, regulations or ordinances of any kind or nature. All items can be queried before bidding. Neither the auctioneer nor the client has provided any guarantee for the authenticity of the goods. For any description, Global Jewelry Auction will not make any form of guarantee on physical condition, size, quality, rarity, neutrality , material, age, authenticity, provenance, culture, origin or historical significance of any commodity. Written and oral description is the opinion of Global Jewelry Auction. It shall not be construed as any form of guarantee for the authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other characteristics of the goods sold. Global Jewelry Auction shall provide true and effective information and description as much as possible. Global Jewelry Auction attempts to catalogue each lot correctly and will try to point out any defects, but will not be responsible for or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. Global Jewelry Auction is not responsible for any errors or omissions. The status report and any other statement are our opinions and should not be taken as the basis of facts. No employee has the right to represent and guarantee in any form. No representation anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed to be such warranty, guarantee or representation. The potential buyer of the bidder must inspect the goods only by himself. Any bid you make will guarantee that you have read and accepted the following sales terms and conditions of any bid you make will indicate that you have fully checked the bidding project or choose not to check. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to examine all items of interest to them. By bidding in any capacity, you indicate that you have fully checked these projects according to your own wishes, and have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers from Global Jewelry Auction that you think is sufficient. If you need to be absolutely sure in all areas of authenticity, and your evaluation results leave uncertainty in your mind, please do not bid on the auction with problems. We will arrange the transportation within 5-7 working days after receiving the payment. Our company has logistics warehouses all over the world, and we provide professional transportation services. 13. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Global Jewelry Auction. 14. If you have not contacted Global Jewelry Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
