1. Bidding on the Auction is an acknowledgment that you read and agree to the following terms. Be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Artifacts2Go. If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from Artifacts2Go. Furthermore, a bidder acknowledges that proper and careful due diligence has been conducted before placing any bid and that the bidder knowingly and willfully placed a legally binding bid. 2. Local Pick-ups: By Appointment ONLY Bring your invoice and identification in order to retrieve your items. Winners will be given the address once the item has been paid for and you have notified Artifacts2Go of your intent to pick it up. Bring packing materials as we do not supply them. Larger items may require you to bring additional help. Staff is not available to help you to your car. ITEMS UNCLAIMED will be Forfeited and left with Artifacts2Go. DO NOT BID if you don't think you can pick up or make arrangements to claim your winnings. The items need to be removed in a timely fashion. 3. Details: All Items are AS IS WHERE IS Meaning - The final judgment as to what you are bidding on and its value is ultimately up to the bidder. Multiple photos are posted to help you with this. We give you our best opinion as to what we think based on 30 years of experience. Research on behalf of the bidder is highly suggested. Questions are highly encouraged before bidding. The items we sell are vintage or antique. We do our best with photos and list conditions. Be sure to view all images and enlarge them. Kindly note the absence of a description does not imply they are in perfect condition, completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging; nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of others. Note: All measurements and weights are approximate. 4. Liability and Disclaimer Artifacts2Go or Consignors disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for any particular purpose. Neither Artifacts2Go, nor its Consignors will be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of an item. While Artifacts2Go representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any authorized Artifacts2Go representative are mere opinions and shall not be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the item(s) offered for sale. Any low or high estimates provided in any auction catalog or by the Auctioneer prior to, or during a live auction do not constitute an appraisal and do not represent a resale value. Estimates are calculated based on a combination of previous sales for similar items, supply and demand, rarity, and targeted price range. Estimates are not Reserves and do not indicate a minimum price for an item to be sold. Estimates are provided as an estimation of similar items in retail conditions and are meant to compare the sale of new items versus purchasing a second-hand or used item(s). The bidder is responsible for determining the age, size, condition, and value of the item(s) before bidding. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the item to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine it. 5. WITHDRAWAL Artifacts2Go Auction House reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. 6. RESERVES If Artifacts2Go decides that any opening bid is below the value of the lot offered, we may reject that bid and withdraw the lot from the catalog. Lots offered are subject to a confidential reserve. Reserves are agreed upon with the consignor, or in the absence thereof, at the discretion of Artifacts2GO Auction House. The auctioneer may implement the reserve by opening bidding on any lot by placing a bid on behalf of the seller. The auctioneer will not specifically identify bids placed on behalf of the seller. Artifacts2Go may further bid on behalf of the seller, up to the amount of the reserve, by placing successive or consecutive bids for a lot or by placing bids in response to other bidders. Consigners are not allowed to bid on their own property.

We suggest gold & silver winnings be PAID IN CASH OR WIRE TRANSFER. IF PAID BY CREDIT CARD IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30-DAY SHIPPING DELAY. Also, we require proper identification when picking up these items or shipping them out. Thank you in advance.

Local Pick-ups can be done free of charge. This is done by appointment only. You will need a printout of your invoice and identification. If you make arrangements for someone to pick up on your behalf, we require this in writing via email to Artifacts2Go@gmail.com
