Each signed item comes with a COA from us with Matching Holograms and any other documentation we get with the piece. We make no guarantees that other authentication firms will certify the pieces. We make no guarantee the item/s can be sold on other marketplaces or the resale value. Each authentication company has their own policies and politics. In the event we accept a return due to authenticity reasons. We ask that proof is supplied not opinions. We do not accept email authentication. Which means if you submit the item via email to a company and they decline the item. We do not accept that! We do not reimburse authentication fees. DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS By participating in ICZ Auctions Auction, the Bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the Bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with ICZ Auctions By placing a bid, the Bidder specifically agrees that they will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card merchant, or any other third parties. The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the Bidder will pay ICZ Auctions a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. If the Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of ICZ Auctions approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in ICZ Auctions auction, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by the Bidder against ICZ Auctions and further agrees that the Bidder is liable to ICZ Auctions for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by consignor & ICZ Auctions and will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. Digital recordings of the sale will be used for confirmation. Buyer takes responsibility of the property as soon as the item gets "sold on the block". The auction house may choose to resell items if terms for removal are not met. Gallery may choose to re-consign property with the buyer as the consignor with no reserve at a future sale. Standard Gallery fees will be applied. Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept cash (In House Only), Checks, Wire Transfer and All Major credit cards. Purchases of $1,000.00 or above must be paid by wire transfer or certified check. ICZ Auctions reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by ICZ Auctions to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyers who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in ICZ Auctions auctions through the internet, bidders? consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held. Any dispute between the bidder and ICZ Auctions shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida. All invoices for merchandise will be sent within 24 Hours of auctions end and MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 3 DAYS. After 3 days your card may be automatically charged. All other items are shipped free. Just a basic ground service if you would like faster service, please contact us. After the auction is over you will be emailed a invoice with a secure link to pay. Shipping charges will be added to the final invoices. You will pay actual shipping charges. International shipments automatically ship UPS, ICZ Auctions is not responsible for your countries duty fees or taxes. That is the sole responsibility of the buyer. To ensure secure payment, ICZ Auctions may require invoices over $5,000 may be required to be paid using a Bank Transfer (ACH). This can be done directly at checkout.

If you have not contacted ICZ Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
