Terms of Sale By registering to bid and/or placing a bid you are agreeing to all terms and conditions stated below. All measurements are approximate and auction house makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose except as otherwise expressly stated in this Terms and Conditions. By submitting your bid, you agree that: - You have read and agree with the Auctioneer Terms and Conditions below and the Live Auctioneers Terms and Conditions - You agree to pay a buyer's premium of (20%) and any applicable taxes and shipping. - Your Bid Is a Contract: By placing a bid with International New York Auction House, buyer understands that he/she is making a legally binding offer to purchase. If the bid is accepted by International New York Auction House, a legally binding contract is created at the instant of acceptance. In the event of non-payment by the bidder, according to the terms stated in this auction listing, International New York Auction House is entitled to seek compensation from buyer for all costs of re-selling this lot. - Authenticity: International New York Auction House makes no claims of authenticity! All pieces sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS". Pieces are sold "In the Style Of". No returns for pieces deemed to not be inauthentic by a third party. All information in the catalogue concerning authenticity is NOT guaranteed by International New York Auction House, please do all research prior to the sale. Clients can ask for more photos if they need to submit information to experts for authenticity purposes. - If you are a winner, you will be notified by LiveAuctioneers which may include a link for payment. We may also contact you to verify payment method, delivery or shipment arrangements. - Payment must be completed within 2 business days after final notification of purchase and shipping charges. Items not paid within this period will be reported and Dispute Claim opened through LiveAuctioneers. Non-payment may also result in cancellation of sale, re-sale to others, and Negative Feedback for the bidder. - We provide an in-house shipping service. We carefully pack all pieces, and ship via insured carriers, after the payment is cleared. Shipping will be at buyer's expense. - International New York Auction House is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. The auction house, however, assumes no risk, liability or responsibility for the identification or authenticity authorship, or weight, count, or measure of any property identified in its catalogue or lists of sale. We are not responsible for variations in colour due to photo reproduction.

If you have not contacted International New York Auction House to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
