Conditions of Sale All items are sold AS-IS and will have a buyers premium added onto the winning bid. If paying by personal check we will hold item until check clears the bank. Refunds will only be issued on items that were not as described. You must notify the auction company personally by phone that the package did not arrive within 30 days of the shipment . Payment If you are the winning bidder it is your responsibility to make payment for the items. contract By bidding on our auction you are accepting all our terms and conditions. shipping Packing & Shipping will be 100% buyers financial responsibility.Our shipping software will email you a a shipping quote for the items you bid on and won that need to be shipped. All boxes shipped will have tracking and will be insured. If the item arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days and we will email you the link to start the claims process. Please be patient during the shipping process while we sort and get the items ready to be shipped, We try to make sure to put all your items together in one package if possible. If you pay for items/shipping by check we will hold items to be shipped until the check clears the bank. If you you would like to pick up your items please call and make arrangements all items left at the auction company that are not picked up after 60 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of the auction company, unless prior arrangement have been made with the auction company to pick up the items .If winning bidder does not pay auction company for shipping within 2 weeks after the auction of items paid for on the online auction we will presume said bidder is abandoning there items and will not be refunded for the winning lots that they bid on and won in the online auction. The lots will then become the property of the auction company to dispose of as they see fit for the items. Buyers premium Buyers premium will be added to each item won. If you have not contacted Easterly Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
