All property is sold AS IS without any representations or warranties by Old Kinderhook Auction Company, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, attribution, authenticity, the correctness of the catalogue or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, frame, provenance, period, age, date, and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalogue, salesroom posting or announcement, invoice, condition report or elsewhere, shall be deemed such warranty, representation or assumption of liability. We strongly encourage prospective bidders to examine lots in person and for themselves. If you have any doubts about any of the above, or anything else, please do not bid as refunds will not be given for any reason. Bidding signifies complete agreement and understanding of these terms. We reserve the right to withdraw any item before or at the sale and have no liability whatsoever. Certain lots may be offered subject to a reserve (confidential minimum price below which the item will not sell). We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer will have sole discretion on determining the successful bidder.

If you have not contacted Old Kinderhook Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
