Sale terms All invoices are due within 24 hours of receipt. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A Buyers Premium of 20% will be added to every lot. Items requested to be shipped via value carriers or with no insurance or tracking will need a written release of liability for the museum before such shipping can be initiated stating specifically that the buyer understands that if the shipment is lost or damaged, we are in no way responsible for the outcome. If you live in Florida, have us ship to a Florida address or buy/pick up in person at the museum (even if you are an out of state resident), by law you are required to pay Florida State sales tax. If there are any issues, please work with us to resolve them and remember that you are helping keep an extraordinary museum open to the public. It is also EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to note that international shipping AND VAT TAXES (which will be charged to you when your items arrive in your country - we cannot and will not help anyone bypass these regulations) are VERY EXPENSIVE. Please keep this in mind when bidding!!! LARGE orders of items also go through a longer process in figuring shipping costs and extra packaging details and therefore also take a longer time to invoice properly. We want to be sure you get your items undamaged so please keep in mind that your cost of shipping MAY include additional costs for special packaging if necessary. Choosing to use cheaper shipping companies, shipping without insurance, or without tracking numbers may save you money but the museum will need a written release of liability to make such arrangements on your behalf. IF you choose to use any or all of those options and your package is lost, damaged or stolen we are not responsible for the outcome. We can and will do discount shipping upon request but you alone will be responsible for the risks involved.
