TERMS OF SALE When bidding on any lot offered by Brookline Auction Gallery LLC, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale: CONDITION OF ITEMS Brookline Auction Gallery LLC makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, however all items for sale are "As Is Where Is," and it is the bidder's responsibility (present or absentee bidders) to determine the exact condition of each item. All sales are final. Brookline Auction Gallery LLC will not be held responsible for typographical errors. Please look at photos as they are an integral part of the description. ABSENTEE BIDS In addition to accepting absentee bids through Liveauctioneers, Brookline Auction Gallery LLC will accept absentee bids through our in-house absentee process. In-house absentee bidders must use the absentee bid form and clearly mark the lot number, title and maximum bid amount. Absentee bidding forms may be accessed online. If there are two (2) identical bids placed on the same item, priority will be given to the first bid received. All bids must be left in increments as explained on our bid form. If a left bid is "out of increment," the auctioneer has the right to round the bid up to the next correct increment. We also offer Absentee bidding through traditional means: mail, email, phone. All traditional absentee bids must be received by 6:00 pm the evening prior to the auction. During the live sale, the auctioneer will execute your absentee bid competitively up to the maximum amount you have indicated. RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Brookline Auction Gallery LLC and its representatives reserve the right to remove those attendees who impede the previews and/or the auction. The Auctioneer or Brookline Auction Gallery LLC will not be held responsible for any missed bids, clerking errors etc.or mistakes during the bidding process. BUYERS PREMIUM A 21% buyers premium will be added to all successful bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase cost. PAYMENT All merchandise must be paid in full within one (1) week of the date of the sale. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, certified checks, money orders and cash. SHIPPING Packaging, shipping, and insurance on items will be available to successful bidders, No item will be shipped without insurance. Insurance shall be payed by the buyer. Shipping costs will be billed separately and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping must be prepaid. All packages will be shipped with insurance. Items will ship seven to fourteen business days (7-14) days after payment is received. Arrangements for large items must be made by buyer by common carrier or picked up at our location. All arrangements will be made at buyers expense. Any items not shipped or picked up in two weeks from Auction will incur storage charges.

If you have not contacted Brookline Auction Gallery LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
