Refunds and Exchanges Under the terms of this agreement, the buyer acknowledges that there are no refunds or exchanges. If the buyer needs an exception, he/she must write to CRI within 5 business days of delivery. CRI has the sole discretion to approve a return. In the event (CRSCA) approves a refund, the buyer will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee based on the items hammer price, all shipping costs, and the buyers premium. The restocking fee, shipping costs, and buyers premium will be deducted from the refund. Sales tax will also be adjusted based on the refund. The refund will be processed within 5 business days of the products return and the product must be delivered in the same condition as sent to the buyer.
