A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to all items purchased at the auction via phone or absentee bid, 25% if purchased via Invaluable, Live Auctioneers, or Auction Zip. All property is sold AS IS without any representations or warranties by Old Kinderhook Auction Company, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, attribution, authenticity, the correctness of the catalogue or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, frame, provenance, period, age, date, and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalogue, salesroom posting or announcement, invoice, condition report or elsewhere, shall be deemed such warranty, representation or assumption of liability. We strongly encourage prospective bidders to examine lots in person and for themselves. If you have any doubts about any of the above, or anything else, please do not bid as refunds will not be given for any reason. Bidding signifies complete agreement and understanding of these terms. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer will have sole discretion on determining the successful bidder.
