Registration on LiveAuctioneers.com is required to participate in our auctions. 2.3. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. 3. Bidding 3.1. Bidder Agreement: By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item if they are the highest bidder at the auction’s close. 3.2. Binding Bids: All bids placed are binding and cannot be retracted. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered. 3.3. No Liability for Damages: We are not liable for any damage or loss to items after they have been sold, though we will take reasonable precautions to protect items while in our possession. 8.3. Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubbard Burdett LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the auction services. 9. If you have not contacted Hubbard Burdett LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
