This is a live gallery auction featuring 339 lots of fresh estate material. Included are period American, English, and Continental furniture, vintage decorative furniture and mid-century modern furniture, American folk art, American country furniture, a large assortment of fine and decorative arts, sterling and coin silver, jewelry, lighting, and outdoor items. The sale principally comprises property recently removed from the estate of Georgiana Ducas, Saratoga Springs, New York and an estate in Heritage Village in Southbury, Connecticut. Also included is estate property removed from 81 East 77th Street and 1170 Fifth Avenue, New York City; remainder items from the estates of Edward H. Adolph, Great Barrington, Massachusetts and Selma S. Joseph, New Haven, Connecticut; the estate of Elaine M. Meyer, Long Island, New York; and property of other consignors.
