All items in the Coldwater home must be picked-up on Friday, August 23rd or Saturday, August 24th. All bids are to be per item as numbered in the catalog. The preview for this sale will be online only. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder as determined by the Auctioneer will be the buyer. Minimum starting bid on all lots will be 50% of the low estimate. Payments on accounts are to be made within 5 days of the auction, default on any of these conditions will result in the items being resold at the auctioneer's earliest convenience. There will be a twenty three percent (23%) buyer's premium added to the final hammer price on all lots, to be paid by the purchaser, three percent (3%) discount for Wire Transfer, Zelle or Cash payments. Arrangement for shipping, pick up or transfer of all auction items will be made by the buyer and at the buyer's expense. All purchases will be paid for in full prior to any one or all of the purchases leaving the premises. Title shall pass at the fall of the hammer and Schmidt's Antiques Inc, the Auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any item whatsoever and items are left at the sole risk of the purchaser. Items in the Coldwater home must be removed by August 24th at 5:00 PM EST. Schmidt's Antiques Inc. reserves the right to sell unpaid/uncollected items either by private or public sale, at our discretion, without any further notice to the defaulter. The defaulter will be responsible for any such deficiency that may arise, plus any expenses incurred in reselling any defaulted upon items
