Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and your credit card can bear the weight of your purchases. Payment delays will result in a suspended account with us, and the bidding platform. Items may be paid in cash at pickup. The auction platform charges sales tax on all taxable items. If you are tax exempt you must file your certificate with them. We have NO way to add or remove sales tax. If paying cash in person we will collect the PA sales tax required.  If payment is not received 72 hours following the sale, your credit card payment will be automatically processed (Autopay). Credit Card payments are assessed a 3.5% convenience fee, detailed on your invoice. Vehicle Preview, Purchase, Security Deposit, Pick up/Removal, Transfer and Shipping: - Preview: Vehicles will have a preview time as shown above - Purchase: Vehicles must be paid in cash (arrangement must be made immediately following the sale), or via Bank Wire Transfer (ACH), no exceptions, credit cards are not accepted for vehicles - Security Deposit: A $500 non-refundable Security Deposit for each vehicle lot that is due at the end of the auction. It must be paid via Paypal or Venmo. Your remaining balance will be minus this deposit - Pick Up/Removal: Must be coordinated with us the auction company following the sale. Dates and times will vary depending on availability of all parties, and if vehicle is being shipped. All Vehicles must be transferred, and removed by: August 28th, 2024 - Transfer: The seller will meet local buyers picking up in person at a local title and tag business. Buyers pays all title transfer fees when picking up in person PA state sales tax will be paid by buyer at transfer, as well as transfer service fees Intentions and appointments must be communicated with us in advance for mutually accepted dates and times If out of the area the title will be notarized to your name and address, and mailed to you, or delivered by your 3rd party shipper - Shipping: We will work with your 3rd party shipper for pick up date and time. We must be notified shortly after the sale as to your shipping intention ACCOUNT SECURITY: The security of your bidder account is your sole responsibility. BUYER PREMIUM: A 21% buyer’s premium is added to winning bid/hammer price. Lot #1 2006 BMW, a non-refundable $500 security deposit is due via PayPal by 12 Noon ET on Tuesday, June 25th (buyer cc fees apply). Balance due for Lot #1 2006 BMW shall be paid via bank wire transfer by Thursday, June 27 at 1PM ET, and must clear our bank before the vehicle is released. Winning bidder will be provided with information for wire transfer, add $15 bank fee. Cash is accepted at pick up of the vehicle, with no additional fees. Credit card is not accepted for the purchase of the vehicle. WINNING BIDDER of Lot #1 BMW: Please contact Auctioneer to notify us of plans for payment, transfer, and removal. Payment issues will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. No item will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank. TITLE TRANSFER: Title will be made available once funds have cleared. Title may be picked up in person or mailed to winning bidder's address. Winning bidder will receive a Bill of Sale for the full purchase price of the vehicle. Title transfer and removal of the BMW can take place on the pick up date of June 29th. SALES TAX on Lot #1 BMW: Will not be added or collected by auction platform or Legacy Auction & Realty. Amount is dependent upon the state in which you register the vehicle and is payable at title transfer. Legacy Auction & Realty does not collect sales tax on titled vehicles. PICKUP/SHIPPING of BMW: Removal date will be mutually agreed upon by buyer, seller, and auctioneer based on payment date and seller's availability and must take place by 7/8. Removal shall be by or before July 8th. Proof of purchase and ID and copy of invoice are required for removal. You may use a shipping company of your choice.
