20% Buyers Premium on all online purchases. All sales final, inspect items and photos and ask questions prior to bidding. Shipping: Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. Check the Oil Promotions will handle all shipping within ten business days of receipt of payment. All shipped items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at an additional and exact cost to the buyer. Items will not be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. Buyers will receive an email notice when the won lot(s) with all shipping information. Shipping charges will reflect cost of supplies and labor, actual shipping fees from the provider, and insurance. Shipping charges will be charged separately from your post-auction invoice of won lot(s), buyer?s premium, and any applicable taxes. All items must be removed from site on the same day as the sale. Other pickup and delivery options may be available but arrangements must be made ahead of the sale. If you receive a damaged item, all packaging including the box & packaging material must be saved in order to process the claim. Contact us immediately and we will work with you to get the issue resolved. All bidders hereby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed and they agree to be bound thereby. Each auction may have additional terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the term and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. All items in this sale are sold at no reserve. While the information we provide on items is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any item being sold and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and our own opinions and you hereby agree to hold harmless Check the Oil Promotions & its employees for any errors or omissions regarding the items being sold. That by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition and its present location and with the description provided whether accurate or not. Personal inspection of the property is strongly encouraged. When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said items and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. If you have not contacted Check the Oil Promotions, LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
