When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. This is a REMOTE AUCTION. All items are located in Warren, Ohio at two locations within close proximity. Both locations have stairs and there is no loading dock on the premises. The buyer is responsible for the removal of all items on the designated pickup days and MUST bring their own help and equipment for loading. All items must be retrieved on the designated pickup days without exception (rain or shine). All items not retrieved after the designated pickups will be considered forfeited without refund. All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. There will be no previews available for this auction. All items are being sold as-is/where-is. All items are sold for display purposes. If electrical, mechanical, or other working parts are inoperable, even if working at the time of sale, we are not liable due to the inherent nature of the age of these antiques and items. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3.75% convenience fee. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. Buyer's may also select ACH at checkout for a 1% fee. Auction house accepts cashier's checks or cash at pickup. If paying by any option other than credit card, the buyer must notify the auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment. All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY in Warren, Ohio. SHIPPING - All items in the auction are third-party shipping only meaning the buyer is responsible for making arrangements.
